AKADEMIE VERGNANO From a perfect espresso to a super-creamy cappuccino, from cocktails to coffee-bar equipment, from coffee-bar management to the relations with the clients. These are only some of the aspects that Vergnano deals with in the newly born Vergnano Academy. A real training centre, dedicated to bartenders, with the purpose to enhance their fundamental role in promoting the Italian-style bar culture. The training courses last 2/3 days on average and are run in Italian, English, French and Spanish.
