A European Style
THE INSPIRATION.
The Caffè Vergnano 1882 project was created from the establishment of Caffè Vergnano in the 1800's. We set off from one of the oldest Italian coffee shops in search of a lost era. Behind a black central European style window that characterises the shop front, with explicit reference to the nineteenth-century window, are concealed places that are attentive to the local architecture. To relive the ritual of coffee that from a swift gesture of everyday life, frenetic symbol drained of its pleasant significance, returns to become a moment to be savoured. Time is the element around which the spaces of the Caffè Vergnano 1882 project have been nurtured.A moment to discover how coffee is roasted inside the small coffee shop, the old way. A moment to prepare the drink with the care and space, to serve it as it should be served. A moment to meet with other people and spend a pleasant time during the day.
